Hi, I’m Carolina, a passionate esthetician with a deep love for all things skincare. I truly enjoy every aspect of what I do and feel incredibly grateful to be in a field where I can help others feel confident, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.

I was raised in Wyoming before moving to the Black Hills during my early high school years where I also met my amazing husband! After graduating, I started college with the intention of entering the skincare side of nursing, while my husband joined the U.S. Army. It didn’t take long for us to realize that long distance wasn’t for us. We got married and began our life together at Ft. Campbell, KY.

While there, I followed my true calling and enrolled at Austin’s Beauty School, where I earned my esthetics diploma in 2023 and became Safe Haven certified. Shortly after graduating, we welcomed our sweet baby girl, the greatest blessing of all.

My mission as an esthetician goes beyond skincare. I’m here not only to help you feel confident and refreshed, but also to create a safe, welcoming space, a place where you can relax, open up, laugh, vent, and feel truly supported. I’m Clara, a nurse, a mom, and your injector here at Royals MedSpa. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in different areas of healthcare that have taught me the importance of caring for people. I believe in providing care with empathy, thoroughness, and a focus on the person as a whole.

My background includes long-term care and assisted living, a fast paced med surg unit, and a general surgery clinic. I’ve also supported care in other specialties such as orthopedics and OB, and spent time working in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Each of these roles gave me a deeper understanding of how to meet people with understanding and help create a space where they feel safe, seen, and confident in themselves.

As an injector, I provide Botox and filler treatments with a gentle, natural approach that enhances your features and helps you feel like the very best version of yourself. I’m here to listen, guide, and make sure you feel cared for every step of the way.

Having lived in North Dakota for most of my life, I value the strong community connections and the opportunity to serve local families. Hi, I’m Kendra, founder of Royals MedSpa, and I bring over 15 years of medical experience to the work I love. I’m originally from Arkansas, where I was raised in a healthcare home, my mom is a DNP and my dad an X-ray tech. So, caring for others was woven into my life from the very beginning.

My healthcare journey began in high school through a local hospital’s “Volunteen” program, and I’ve been all in ever since. While in college, I worked as an ECG tech, gaining early hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve built a diverse background in internal medicine, pediatrics, Med-Surg, ER, and home health across multiple states and specialties. That path has given me both skill and perspective.

Everything changed when my journey led me to Colorado, where I managed a busy two-location MedSpa and worked alongside incredible aesthetic nurses. That’s where I found my passion for aesthetics, especially laser treatments and I went on to earn my Laser Specialist credential in laser science and technology.

Royals MedSpa was born from a deep love of medicine, a passion for aesthetics, and the heart behind years of hands-on care. I created the kind of space I always wished existed: where you’re seen, heard, supported, and never rushed or pressured. A place where confidence grows, beauty shines, and you feel at home.

I’ve cared for people in their most vulnerable moments, and I’ve learned that the most powerful transformations begin on the inside. My mission is simple: to help you shine, by enhancing the strength, radiance, and self-assurance that’s already there.

Outside the clinic, I’m a wife and proud mom of three, a 14-year-old son and two daughters, ages 8 and 4. I love gardening, running, lifting weights, staying active, and soaking up every moment outdoors with my family.
